I hope you enjoyed making your Pentagons. The Hexagons are pretty much the same but now you’re doing 6 sides instead of 5.

Crochet Information

When a row starts with 1ch, it does not count as 1dc.

When a row starts with 2ch, it does not count as 1tr.

Hexagon Pattern

Foundation round- 4ch, ss into the first ch made to form a ring.

Round 1- 2ch, 12tr into the ring, ss into the first tr made at the beginning of the round, end off.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Join into any tr with another colour.

Round 2- 1ch, 1dc into the same dc as were you joined, 1dc into the next dc, 2ch, “1dc into the next 2tr, 2ch” repeat from “_” 5times in total, ss into the first dc made at the beginning of the round, end off.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Join into any 2ch space with a different colour.

Round 3- 2ch, (2tr, 2ch, 2tr) into the same 2ch space you joined into, “(2tr, 2ch, 2tr) all into the next 2ch space” repeat from “_” 5 times in total, ss into the first tr made at the beginning of the round, don’t end off.

 

 

 

 

 

Round 4- “7tr into the next 2ch space, skip 2tr, 1dc in between the 4 tr (the picture with the marker below is showing you where to make your dc)” repeat from “_” 5 times in total, ss into the first tr made at the beginning of the round, end off.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Join into the middle tr from the 7tr made on the previous round (the picture with the marker below is showing you where to join.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Round 5- 1ch, (1dc, 1ch, 1dc) all into the same dc as you joined into, 1dc into the next st, 1htr into the next st, 1tr into the next 3st, 1htr into the next st, 1dc into the next st, “1dc, 1ch, 1dc) all into the next st, 1dc into the next st, 1htr into the next st, 1tr into the next 3st, 1htr into the next st, 1dc into the next st” repeat from “_” 5times in total, ss into the first dc made at the beginning of the round, end off.

 

 

 

 

 

Join into any 1ch space made from round 5.

Round 6- 1ch, 3dc back into the 1ch space, 1dc into the next 4st, long dc down into the space you dc into from round 4, (pictures below), 1dc into the next 4st, “3dc into the next 1ch space, 1dc into the next 4st, long dc down into the space you dc into from round 4, (pictures below), 1dc into the next 4st” repeat from “_” 5times in total, ss into the first dc made at the beginning of the round, end off.
